Our Process
Micro Batch
By keeping coffee roast batches smaller, we can keep a closer eye on every batch, ensuring that it is roasted to perfection.
This level of control means a more artisanal level of quality in every batch. Large companies buy in bulk which means that their coffee will often sit for weeks to months at a time before you are able to consume the coffee. The longer a coffee sits it will loose its aroma and intricate flavor profile while becoming stale. Our coffee turnaround time will be just a few days at the most ensuring the most freshly roasted coffee experience.
Air Roasted
Air roasting uses precision temperature control and air flow to provide you with the clearest cup of coffee. Unlike traditional roasting methods, the air shoots the bean chaff out of the roaster and this process creates a smooth, perfectly balanced cup of coffee. A clear cup of coffee allows for the complex flavors to shine through the whole cup.
Drum Roasted
Drum roasting uses a process of heating a large drum to spin the coffee around and round to distribute the heat to each bean. It uses both air and gas to help roast the coffee to perfection. Drum roasting produces a full body cup of coffee.
